Can I change plans or switch to annual later?
Yes — anytime, from Billing & invoices on your dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically.
How do multi-product discounts work?
Sign in before you add another product and the discount is applied at checkout: 15% off your 2nd product, 25% off your 3rd and 35% off your 4th, for as long as you keep them.
What if I need to monitor more than my plan allows?
Your dashboard shows how much of your plan you're using. Move up a tier from Billing & invoices whenever you need more.
How do I cancel?
From Billing & invoices on your dashboard. Monitoring runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
