What Meridian is

Meridian Supply Intelligence provides monitoring subscriptions (Compliance/Trade Filing Monitor, Tariff Exposure Monitor, Reshoring Readiness Scorecard, and Rare Earth/Critical Minerals Watch) that screen data you provide against public federal data sources and deliver alerts. By subscribing to or using any Meridian product, you agree to these terms.

Not legal, compliance, or financial advice

Meridian's alerts, scores, and reports are informational tools, not legal, trade-compliance, or financial advice. In particular, the Compliance/Trade Filing Monitor screens the entities you provide against public denied-party lists using automated fuzzy matching, and alerts are generated and sent automatically — it is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for your own compliance program or qualified legal counsel. A missed match, a false negative, or a delayed alert does not transfer your legal or regulatory obligations to Meridian, and you remain solely responsible for your own import, export, and sanctions-compliance decisions. The same applies to tariff classifications suggested by the Tariff Exposure Monitor: they are a starting point for your own classification decision, not a binding customs determination.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the vendor, customer, product, and HTS data you submit for monitoring, and for reviewing and acting on the alerts we send you. Monitoring is only as good as the list you give us to monitor.

Subscriptions and billing

Each product is a separate subscription, billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually as you choose. Free trial: the first time you subscribe to a product it starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start; it isn't charged during the trial, and we email you before the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged the plan price.

Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel, change tier, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and plan changes are prorated. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, including the unused part of an annual term.

Multi-product discounts apply to a product added while you have other active products, and stay with that product's subscription for as long as it remains active. Pricing tiers, discounts and what they include are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods; a price change never applies to a period you've already paid for.

Product C (Reshoring Readiness Scorecard) methodology

Scorecard results carry a methodology version and a list of caveats with every score. Where noted, a scoring input is a provisional, illustrative starting methodology, not a validated industry-standard measure — treat scores as directional, not authoritative, and refer to the caveats attached to each result.

Data you provide

You retain ownership of any vendor, customer, or product data you submit for monitoring. We use it only to operate your subscription, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We don't currently offer a formal uptime or SLA commitment. We aim for daily monitoring runs and prompt alert delivery but a source data outage, a scheduling gap, or similar issue can delay a check. Nothing here guarantees a specific alert latency.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Supply Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including any fine, penalty, seizure, or business loss resulting from a missed or delayed alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
